Our ecosystem of strategic partnerships brings together global technology leaders, engineering specialists and market access partners to strengthen our capabilities across the engineering value chain. As Standard Engineering Technology Limited evolves into a diversified, multi-sector platform spanning precision process equipment, specialised manufacturing and AI-enabled infrastructure, these collaborations enhance our technology portfolio, deepen our international footprint and enable us to deliver integrated, world-class solutions that address the evolving needs of customers across process industries and next-generation infrastructure alike.

Our long-standing collaboration with AGI Glassplant, and GL Hakko continues to strengthen our capabilities in glass-lined technologies through specialised engineering expertise and advanced manufacturing practices. What began as a technology licensing relationship has, over the years, matured into one of the defining strategic alliances of our Company, and investment has happend subsequent to financial year end between the two organisations. This collaboration supports the development of high performance glasslined equipment, shell-and-tube heat exchangers and corrosion-resistant process solutions engineered to the most exacting global standards. It gives us privileged access to decades of Japanese metallurgical and process-engineering expertise, which we combine with our own manufacturing scale, cost efficiency and deep customer relationships across India’s pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. The partnership reinforces our position as a technology leader in domestic and international markets alike, and reflects our broader philosophy of pairing global engineering excellence with Indian manufacturing capability — a combination we believe is central to building a world-class, dependable equipment platform for our customers.

Through our private label agreement with Atlas Copco, one of the world’s most trusted names in industrial technology, we integrate globally recognised vacuum systems directly into our engineering solutions. This collaboration allows us to offer customers proven, bestin-class vacuum technology without compromising on the speed, customisation and service responsiveness that come from working with an integrated Indian engineering partner. The relationship materially strengthens our process equipment portfolio, particularly for applications in pharmaceutical drying, distillation and solvent recovery, where vacuum performance is critical to product quality and process efficiency. By combining Atlas Copco’s global engineering pedigree with our own design, fabrication and after-sales capabilities, we are able to position ourselves as a true single window engineering partner — one capable of delivering complete, reliable process systems rather than standalone components, and in doing so, deepening our share of wallet with existing customers across pharmaceutical, chemical and allied process industries.

Our long-term association with International Process Plants, a globally established name in the process equipment trading and distribution business, gives us direct access to well-developed commercial channels across North America and Europe — markets that would otherwise require years of independent relationship building and capital investment to penetrate. Rather than building a distribution network from the ground up in each geography, this partnership allows us to route our engineering and manufacturing strength through an established, trusted commercial infrastructure. The association has proven particularly valuable in helping us reach customers who value speed, reliability and global sourcing standards, while allowing us to remain focused on what we do best design, engineering and manufacturing. It has meaningfully expanded our addressable market beyond India and the Middle East, and remains a cornerstone of our strategy of building a genuinely global commercial footprint, one grounded in longstanding relationships rather than oneoff transactions.

During FY26, we entered into a three-year performance agreement with API Pharma (UAE), formalising a structured, multi-year commitment to the Middle East region across the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, life sciences, food and beverage and broader process industries. This agreement gives us a dedicated regional partner with on-ground market knowledge, customer relationships and regulatory familiarity — capabilities that are essential to serving a region with its own distinct compliance, procurement and project-execution norms. The Middle East, and the UAE in particular, is emerging as a significant hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing investment as governments across the region pursue healthcare self-sufficiency and export-oriented industrial policy. This agreement positions us to participate meaningfully in that growth, delivering integrated, engineering-led equipment solutions tailored to regional requirements, and represents a deliberate, structured step in our broader strategy of geographic diversification beyond our traditional Indian customer base.

We entered into a long-term agreement with Biocon Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore, establishing a dedicated gateway into the fast-growing Southeast Asian market. Singapore’s position as a regional hub for pharmaceutical and biotechnology investment makes this an especially strategic point of entry, giving us proximity to customers and decision-makers across Southeast Asia’s expanding life sciences and process manufacturing base. The collaboration strengthens our regional market access, deepens customer engagement through a partner with established local credibility, and supports our broader strategy of building a diversified international footprint across high-growth process industries — reducing our dependence on any single geography and positioning the Company to participate in the region’s long-term industrial growth story. Together, these partnerships reflect a deliberate and disciplined strategy — combining deep domain expertise, global technology access and expanding market reach across four continents — as we build Standard Engineering Technology Limited into a world-class, integrated engineering platform serving the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, and food and beverage industries of tomorrow. Each collaboration has been selected not merely to add scale, but to add capability: technology depth from Japan, global engineering standards from Europe, distribution reach across North America, and regional market access across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. It is this combination — of the right partner, in the right geography, for the right reason — that we believe will continue to differentiate Standard Engineering Technology Limited as it scales toward its next phase of growth.
