Standard Engineering Technology Ltd, (SET), formally Standard Glass Lining Technology Ltd,  is headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a leading Indian manufacturer of high-specification glass-lined and alloyed stainless-steel process equipment. Established in 2012, SET serves critical industrial sectors including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, fertilisers, and other process-intensive domains.

With eight vertically integrated manufacturing facilities covering more than 400,000sqft and a production capacity of several hundred vessels per month, SET combines scale with engineering precision.

We design and manufacture a full suite of glass-lined equipment, including but not limited to: reactors, receivers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, rotary cone vacuum dryers, as well as glass-lined pipework, valves, flanges and fittings.

• Glass-Lined Reactors: Available in various configurations (AE, BE, CE types), crafted from stainless or carbon steel, with capacities ranging from small-scale labs (≈30–63 litres) up to large industrial reactors (tens of thousands of litres, e.g. 40,000 L).
• Storage Tanks & Receivers: Offered in both vertical and horizontal formats; capacities from hundreds to tens of thousands of litres; customisable to client-specific diameter, height, nozzle, and configuration requirements.
• Heat Exchangers, Dryers & Utilities: We supply glass-lined heat exchangers, vacuum dryers, pipework and accessories — enabling full-scale process plants to be built using corrosion-resistant, inert internal surfaces.

Beyond standalone equipment, we offer turnkey solutions: custom design, assembly, installation and commissioning support — including integrated accessories such as agitators, valves, sampling systems, solvent-recovery pumps, vacuum systems and automated vessel charging/discharge setups.

Quality is at the heart of our operations. All equipment is manufactured under rigorous quality management systems, with certifications such as ISO 9001, and compliance with major international standards like ASME, DIN/EN, GMP and API, ensuring safety, repeatability and regulatory readiness.

The glass-lining process itself is subject to strict controls: from enamel spraying to kiln-firing, surface finishing, inspection and traceability — including mill certifications for raw materials, weld-quality NDT (non-destructive testing), thickness and surface-finish verification, and documented Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) at each stage. Internally smooth glass surfaces inhibit microbial growth and support hygienic cleaning regimes (CIP/SIP), making our products well suited for pharmaceutical, food, and high-purity chemical processes.
