The company is headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, specialises in the design and manufacture of glass-lined, stainless steel and high-alloy engineered process equipment. The company’s product portfolio includes reactors, receivers, filter dryers, as well as PTFE-lined pipelines and fittings, and integrated solvent recovery systems. SET’s equipment is engineered to perform reliably in demanding operating environments involving corrosive media, high temperatures and stringent process requirements.

SET primarily serves the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, fertiliser and biotechnology industries, supporting customers across a wide range of process applications. The company operates through eight modern manufacturing companies, strategically located in Hyderabad, India, with a combined built-up area exceeding 500,000 square feet in over 50 acres. These facilities provide a robust manufacturing infrastructure with a production capacity of over 300 vessels per month, covering sizes from 63 litres up to 40,000 litres, enabling SET to cater to both pilot-scale and large commercial operations.

Our Facilities

Operating from four facilities totalling over 500,000sqft on over 50 acres of owned land, we employ the 3D CAD, robotic welding and precision CNC manufacturing technology to produce a range of high quality glass lined products.

We can supply up to 300 glass lined vessels / month ranging from 63 Litres (16 US Gallons) to 40,000 Litres (10,500 US Gallons).

With a highly skilled workforce of over 600 people, we provide complete turnkey supply solutions for all glass-lining applications from Reactors to Dryers, Heat Exchangers to Storage Tanks.
