The Standard Engineering Technology operations, working practices and processes are continuously developed and improved by working with 3rd parties, experienced professionals, specialists, consultants and leading research authorities. In addition to the inspections conducted by the external agencies, we also conduct internal inspection and incremental quality control of raw materials used for our projects in order to maintain quality assurance. Our Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) welding robots are offline programmed and verified using the latest Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to produce precise, consistent product welding.

Our skilled coded welders, certified to the latest ASME standards, also create base fabrications which is then expertly finished to ensure no surface imperfections.

Throughout the glass coating process SET check coating thickness, spark testing and visual inspection. During equipment assembly, SET perform visual, dimensional, alignment and/or operational inspection as required, using a range of equipment such as Faro Arms.
