Designed for high-performance processing in the pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, and biotech sectors, UA Reactors by Universal Glasteel Equipment (UGE) represent the cutting edge of precision and durability. These monoblock glass-lined reactors are available in capacities ranging from 300 to 4000 gallons, offering unmatched reliability, corrosion resistance, and process flexibility.

Each UA Reactor is constructed without main flange openings, enhancing strength and leak prevention. Fitted with a Cryo lock agitator and quick seal removal system, the reactors allow effortless maintenance and secure operation. The adjustable pipe legs ensure optimal alignment and installation stability, while the agitating jacket nozzles promote superior heat transfer dynamics within the vessel.

Manufactured to international standards (DIN, ASME, BS, PED), these reactors feature helical gearboxes with additional bearings, ensuring mechanical stability during intensive mixing processes. Glass linings are available in Standark Blue, Stansnow White, or Stansky Blue finishes, with mild steel or stainless steel options for structural materials.
